how to add Canadian taxes

Hello,

I am tryign to Add Canadian taxes to Magento, the tutorials I found all say I should do it in  "Manage Tax Zones & Rates"

As you can see in my Magento build, I have no "Manage Tax Zones & Rates" section to edit

Hi,

Instead of looking in Admin > System > Configration

You want to be looking in:

Admin > Sales > Tax > {here{

Sorry it's been 3 weeks - I never saw this one first time around!
