image upload is broken for products

Hello,

Please see screen shot below, in the image section their is no file upload button and clicking the little blue dots do nothing.I am using firefox on a brand new macbook pro

Hi,

This is almost certainly because you do not have flash installed; or firefox is blocking flash (as it has done in the past).

Can you try either

• Installing the latest verison of flash
• Use chrome (which has its own version of flash build in)

I would try a different browser like Chrome.  Also, I don't think this would effect it but maybe do a double take on your Upload_file settings in htaccess and the directory permissions are set accordingly.

I have same issue and flash didnt help?
