magento 1.9.2.3 images disappearing

Hello,

We work with a feed management plugin, to export our product catalogue to different marketplaces (eg Amazon etc).

However, with every synchronisation between magento and the feed management plugin, our product images disappear from our BO!

We have discussed this with the developer of the feed management plugin, and after a couple of weeks of research they came to the conclusion that it could be an issue within Maganto concerning 'writing rights'.

I would appreciate your support with this urgent issue.

We're using the extension LENGOW: https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/lengow-shopping-feed-management.html

The problems started when we installed and used this extension.
