magento 1.9 loads page on scroll down android

Hello, when I am using ANDROID and I scroll down the page is loading, this happens on scroll down only.

If it was a touchmove event it should load page when I scroll up too, but it doesn't.

So I guess it is a problem with magento cache, I enabled full cache page but the issue persist.

This only happens on smartphone.

I am using magento 1.9.1.0 with neoshop theme.

How to solve this problem?
