search result page in magento 1.9.x breaking the UI

When we  search some keyword in search box the search result  are coming in shattered format(breaks the complete UI). I tried re indexing ,search type = "like" and Apply layered Navigation if Search Results are Less Than = 0 but its not reflecting. Please help me on this.
