I have been running an older version of Magento until recently and all of my transactional emails could be previewed fine, i have just upgraded to 1.9.2.1 and am now unable to preview transactional emails for orders and invoices all that is displayed is a blank screen, however all other emails types can still be previewed fine. I have added a new template for new order and still have the same issue with just a blank screen displaying.
Any ideas on how to solve?
