Change phone and address in header

Hi,
I'm really new to Magento and i've gone all over the CMS for a friends website and i can't work out where to change the main number/address that appears in the header on all the pages. 

I've changed it everywhere i could find (pages, blocks and settings) but still the header hasn't changed. 

Please help, i feel like i'm just missing something obvious. The site is the site

Edit: I mean the one showing not the one that shows on the phone icon when you hover, that one i managed to change

It's in one of the CMS static block. Go to CMS->Static Blocks and search
header Identifier.

I've checked all of them and changed any that had the address but no luck. Here is a screen shot of the options i had.
