I'm having a weird checkout bug that I'm hoping someone can help with. I'm using PayPal Advanced (PayPal Manager) for my payment gateway. The "window" for payment isn't appearing at step 5 of onepage checkout, this screen is: http://i.imgur.com/GZHTODk.png
If I select Credit Card, I move onto Step 6 (order review) as if I had put in payment information (and I have not). I hit continue on step 6, the order is submitted as pending and then this comes up: http://i.imgur.com/0czjKYM.png.
If I submit credit card info, it charges the card but does not go into a success page. Otherwise, the order just sits in "pending". Is there something I can change in checkout.xml or paypal.xml?
