Connection problem in the front-end, blank page

I have a major problem, i've moved my website from a server to an other and everything works great except to the customer connection that turns blank and i don't see what i've missed in the transfert. please can somebody help me ?

Hi,

Thank you for your respond, I have solve client log problem with a upgrade of magento and it worked but the upgrade has literally deleted blocs in my website, for exemple i had before some information blocs on my welcome page betwin the slider and the comments in purple and it did disappear and I don't know why and I think for me this is an access permission problem but I don't know what to change.
