Css not reflecting on site

Hi,

I am using custom theme porto on my magento store http://www.theconstructionstore.in but since 2 days my css code is not reflecting on website means I am adding css code in http://www.theconstructionstore.in/media/css/14d716ef9262781facb54bdc7ce6f5f0.css file but its not reflecting on site I checked file on server its showing me my added css code but when I open that same file from website then its not showing my new added css code so to check I download whole site and set it in wamp server then css code is start working, hosting team told me there is no any issue on server you have to check website coding. I didn't find any solution to fix this issue.

Please help me to fix this issue...

Hi @paarami

You have css merge feature enabled on your site. Before making any css changes you should un-merge the css then make  all the changes.

System > Configuration > Advanced> Developer > Css Settings > Merger CSS Files   set it to No

Once everything is done and deployed to the production site then again merge the css. 

Remember to clear caches after this.

Thank you for reply, just for temporary solution I merged css before that
also Issue was there when I add any new code in css file its not showing me
on site when I access that file from server so it shows me my added code
but if I access same file from site then it didn't show me my new added
code then I try to merge css then only I can see my new added code in css
file. But again if I try to add new css then again its not showing me new
added css code.

Please give me solution..

Open page source on browser, click on css file link. Press reload. You'll probably see your changes now. It's the browser cache thing.

Its get resolved automatically, but one more issue is there that sorting by "Manufaturer" not working on http://www.theconstructionstore.in/index.php/products/building-materials/cement.html pls guide me how I can fix this issue.
