Custom my AccessShop Lite theme

Hi there community ... good day for all ...

i need a little help with this theme hope you can help me!

1.- i want to custom my menu ... only have a HOME button ... i want to change this for INICIO and add a FICHAS button ... and this option need to links to my products ....
