Displaying different navigation bar for different store/website

Is it possible to have a subcategory that is not 'Is Anchor' (that is not showing in navigation bar) for one store to be 'Is Anchor'
for another store.
I see that 'Is Anchor' option for category/subcategory is set at global level and not store level.
Could anyone give some clue on how to set it at store/website level?

Hi Shrutika,

You can set category is active / Inactive store wise which is store level.
