Customize "Additional information" tab

Hi Folks,

I searched a lot, but didn't find a solution, but I think it should be very simple

There are 2 things I'd like to achieve ..

1. Show attribute set name as heading for additional information
2. Change yes / no to cross / checkmarks

This is how it looks right now:

Maybe there's a complete different way of achieving this, but this is what my mind came up with.

I hope one of you can put this n00b in the right direction

I use Lightshot, as I always do. And find it strange my images are accepted by the system, but not visible for you...
