Edit Design of main Wordpress Blog Page

I have copied the Blog Theme files from /app/design/frontend/base/default/template/wordpress/ and I can edit the various section of my Blog page.

 

However, I cannot find the wrapper for the sections - for instance I want to move the Search Sidebar from the left side to the right side. I just need to know which page contains it.

 

Any help would be appreciated...

Which Theme? TwentyTwelve at the moment. If I change the WP theme, the Blog page stays the same so I am looking for the layout page that I need to edit.

Those files won't work. Are completely different.
