How To Edit Top Links

I'm trying to edit the top links on the following site (Account | About Us | Showrooms etc.) and I cannot find the file/block to change the text and hyperlinks: https://www.btoffice.co.uk/

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please see following image:
