Footer Link block translation

Hello. 

I am working on my first Magento (1.9.2.2).. I have installed French language pack. i am not fully verse with Blocks at this point. it seems that i have to translate Company footer link . now , How do i manage to do that and to show that new link in French view of my store.?

i don't think i have to modify any files , i think this can be done from admin , any suggestion would be appreciated.

Ok , i think i figured it out. 
i created the exact same block , with same title and identifier , then just selected the french from store view ,and added my translated version . and is working just fine .
