Highlight customer commented order

Dear community, i had installed Order Comments extension that  creates additional step (COMMENT) in checkout. I need to highlight commented(by users) order in admin. Is there any easy way to do this? As i know IWD-One page checkout Commented orders are highlighted. How can i get this functionality from this extension. Thanks in advance.
