Well i have checked the link you have shared and it seems like they have used custom theme not ready made theme. They have done customization on the Magento 1 base theme.

If you have full access of website then you can check install theme from the backend - here if the full reference link how to check theme and change theme - https://www.templatemonster.com/help/magento-how-to-switch-your-store-to-default-theme.html

other then that there is no tool or anything to identify the theme.
