Install theme magento 1.9.4.2

Hi everyone, I want install a theme for my magento 1.9.4.2 exactly it https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/grayscale.html, all ok, I am a novice with Magento (20 minutes of experience in YouTube), I am use the market place and magento connect 2.0 after go to Setting/magento connect/admin magento connect/Install New Extensions... etc, So magento said "All Good" but I don't can activate the theme

Thanks, I did the steps "Step 1: Install Magento template with Magento Connect/ Install Magento template with extension key:" but my theme no is activated.
