New theme Blank admin and frontend

Hi everyone

I bought a new theme (porto) and tried to install it.

But instead of saving the original app/lib/js/media/skin folders... i deleted them.

So in order to repair this error, i uploaded my backuped app/lib/js/media/skin folders

And now i have blank page for both admin and frontend pages...

Any ideas of how to get rid of this?

Hi @lemiran,

If you buyed the theme maybe you can try do download it again from the vendor site again.

Then you can download the same version of Magento.

Third step: copy the original files from your downloaded Magento to your store.

Finally, copy the buyed theme files.

If i upload the folders from the same version of magento, my local.xml will not function right?

hi @lemiran

Please clear cache or delete the var/cache folder by command because you revert all folder as original magento files so this is might cache issue.

/app/etc/local.xml or /app/design/frontend/package/theme/layout/local.xml ?
