Newbie needing help with header layout

Im a total newbie with coding and magento, give me back office and i can do most tasks but the coding is a bit beyond me so any detailed help i would appreciate it.

The problem im having is that on my home page and throughout my header isnt display my cart logo properly, theres also a static block with an image in there (our phone number) but that is displaying either. This was working fine till a few months ago and since then ive not been able to find a solution to my problem.

I think your current issue is related to template(Css and HTML)

I tried to add some Css inline to your website and My cart logo looks better. You need the help from a Frontend developer.
