Odd characters in categories and social media links

Some odd characters have appeared in menu categories and other links in the system.  Please see www.havdirect.co.uk  No changes made recently except for indexing of site.  Also, the social media links at the footer have been replaced by large text that has no connection to the actual links.  Baffled!!  Would appreciate any pointers as to where to look for solution.  Email me sales@sdfirealarms.co.uk

@smokestack I havent seen any odd character or special character in your given site. please specify link in which those type of character are added.

each time the characters are there.

please show which character are there display? Just give full url with character.

Hello,  I am not sure that my question has been interpreted correctly.  Look at the menu and see that the category Fire Protection has a K and O above and below it, and that at the footer where icon appeared for social media we now have ZWMT.  The sub-categories in the menu also have letters in front of them.  This is not correct.

Any more thoughts on this anyone?
