Product Review link goes nowhere

Hello,

Our review link when clicked goes nowhere. It opens.. #review-form, but this simply redirects to the product page. "Be the first to review this product."

Product reviews are active in the backend. 

How can we have our clients reach the review form?

Is that for guest users or logged in users?

Please share the product page URL. It should be mostly the issue with HTML structure of the review button.

We have been trying it as guests (without logining in as users)

It looks like review form is missing in details page so link is not working. You need to check the layout xml may be the form template is missing.

Is the form working for logged in user ?

Which xml file should I be looking at exactly, and which code do I need to plug in there?
