Static Block scaling on homepage

Hi,

I have my homepage set up with static blocks that contain an image each. This is then linked to the category landing pages. The website is http://www.vespoke.co.uk

The problem I have is I want to get the whole content section including the static blocks to scale on browser size instead of moving and I cannot figure it out to save my life.

Use div blocks to warp images and to serve ask containers if needed. Don't use absolute values, instead use percentages (such as width: 33%Smiley Wink. Don't forget responsive images (width: 100% (or some other percentage(; height: autoSmiley Wink. It takes some trial and error, but this is how people do such things.
