image button and browse file are missing

I don't know what should I do more to fix it...  I did the upgrade  flash, clean cash, etc.. but nothing help me to fix it.

I can't upload my image, just because the button for ir, doesn't be there.  I think de developer of magento could change it, from Flash button for common button, right ?!

Anyway, someone could help with some tip ?

I did it before, but still doesn't work. In fact, I uninstalled Google Chrome (my default browser) and install again... and... the buttons are missing.

I did a test with Firebo and IE and was the same...

Some times ago Google disabled Chrome flash support which unfortunately may cause issues with image uploads on some Magento installations. There's a workaround for it, called "dull uploader". It used to be available from Magento Connect, but not anymore. To get it try to download it from GitHub: https://github.com/openstream/No-Flash-Image-Uploader
