hi i have purchased the christmas theme and i didn't copy the extension as i thought it was emailed to me... new at this... how can i get the extension sent to my email now i have paid for it and i can't access it.

This looks like a problem that you'll need to solve with the company/website that sold the theme.
There's nothing that we can do to help in this case.

If you purchase theme from any website than go through that website and check your order or my download section.
as you purchase virtual product it can be available to download for particular time limit or lifetime.
