problem with the static blocks when i update magento from 1.9.2.1 to 1.9.2.2

Hi,

The update has literally deleted static blocs in my website, for exemple i had before some information blocs on my welcome page betwin the slider and the comments in purple, it disappeared, I don't know why and I think for me this is an access permission problem but I don't know what to change but maybe i'm wrong.
