After upgrade to version 1.9.2.1 Install wizard is not going away

After upgrade to version 1.9.2.1 Install wizard is not going away and my web site is not more displaying. 

 

I cleared the cash and read 8 post and none of them is helping, I am lost now my web iste is down including the Admin login...

I seems that the web site is getting redirect to the donwload folder?

 

help Please.

After upgrade to version 1.9.2.1 Install wizard is not going away

After upgrade to version 1.9.2.1 Install wizard is not going away and my web site is not more displaying. I used the upgrade tool to upgrade from version 1.9.2 to version 1.9.2.1 and after that the Install Wizard showed up.  Now I cannot access my web site and or my admin Panel

 

I cleared the cash and read 8 post and none of them is helping, I am lost now my web iste is down including the Admin login...

Check the following files to ensure that they exist and are not corrupted:-

/app/etc/local.xml
/app/mage.php

 

EDIT: I've merged your two topics into one as they have the same contents.

Thank you for doing this and thank you for the information, what I have done is reinstalled version 1.9.2 to get the site back up ( that was before your posting ).  Latter today I will  attempt to update again and see if this will work this time.
