Can't index Product Attributes after upgrade to ver. 1.9.3.3

Just upgraded today to 1.9.3.3 for some reason I can't index Product Attributes. All the others index just fine. I get no error it just go's to a white page. Any thoughts on what to do?

New host had php_value set to low. Reset to

php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value max_execution_time 18000

Now all is working fine.
