Cannot redeclare Mage_Core_Controller_Request_Http::$_internallyForwarded

this has just started happening to the the shopping cart.
I did an update recently with patches 1533 and 5345
nothing has been done yet if there are new security concerns, 

I cannot get into the shop or get into the Admin, why does magneto do this when errors occur ?

I commented out the line in Http.php line 84

protected $_internallyForwarded = false;

then I installed the patch software "yum install patch"

then run the pathc

./PATCH_SUPEE-5994_CE_1.6.0.0_v1-2015-05-15-04-34-46.sh

now the error is:

should the owner of the magento files be apache.apache ???

Did you make sure, compiler was disabled prior to the patch installation on your Magento shop?
