Custom option error: After Upgrade from magento 1.9.1.1 to 1.9.2 :

After Upgrading our shop we can't create custom option on existing product. when validating we have a white screen and no log

BUT

If I make a new product I can create a custom option and save it .

Yes, we have clear the cache, reindex all the index. but i still have the same issue.

 and I don't understand why i can create custom option with new product and not with products I created before the upgrade.

The issue is simple :

You can set a custom option with "is requierd" on a simple product . But we should have a warning instead of a white screen.
