Error on Magento download page can't download 1.9.3.9

I just received the Magento Update notice yesterday. When I go to the downloads page, there is a script error on the page that prevents me from being able to download the 1.9.3.9 update version. This page: https://magento.com/tech-resources/download

 Anyone else seeing this?

I downloaded this version of Magento today and did not face any issue with all there formats.

Which browser are you using? Could you attach a screenshot if you face this issue again.
