Is there any free tool available to upgrade Magento 2 version which includes attributes like Tags, customer, orders, products, product attributes, promotions, cms pages etc.?

We are looking for this for years but there is nothing.

The only thing i can advise is to try this for 14 days.

I try it now and i must say it works like a charm.

Although for a small company it could be a bit overpriced.

The best tool for data migration is Magento Data Migration Tool. It's official tool for migration, and the most of other tools are relying on this tool in the background.

It's not that simple to use, you need some proficiency and development experience, but majority of the projects uses it.
