Steps to upgrade Magento CE 1.5.1 to EE 1.14.x

Hello,

I have Magento community edition 1.5.1 (works great) and I want to upgrade to Enterprise Edition 1.12 or later.

I can install a clean EE 1.14 on a new host and I can apply the extensions manually.

How to upgrade data(mysql) to Enterprise edition?

I am asking how to upgrade MAGENTO CE data to MAGENTO EE data not mysql enterprise edition.
