Tried upgrading to 1.9.1 and having problems PLEASE HELP!

Worked on my test server flawlessly but now on my live server I received an error stating Magento Mobile was not found on server then it stopped the upgrade. Now it shows that Mage_All_Latest is 1.9.1.1, but when I go back to my Dashboard it's still stating I am using 1.8. Also, now I can't have my Google Analytics enabled without getting an Internal Server Error when clicking on products I keep having to refresh the page. Tried uninstalling the Magento Mobile to which I get an error CONNECT ERROR: community/Magento_Mobile 1.8.0.0.23.1 is required by: community/Mage_All_Latest 1.9.1....Tried editing some code in the googleanalytics.xml and ga.phtml..no resolve.

Any help would be great...

As There is a problem while upgrading from magento connect, you need to copy and paste all files from 1.9.1 and paste it manually to your site.

Please take backup of database and your website.

Won't this completely overwrite your customizations, themes and settings?

Though it's better to take back up first before doing any kind of process such as this.
