I recently upgrade from 1.8.0.0 to 1.9.3.6 when I create a new order from the back end everything works normally but when I check the order details after the order has been placed it has removed the shipping methods and the price totals have changed without the shipping cost. I have found that my customer I use that was created before the upgrade doesn't have this issue it is only new customers/customers that have been created in 1.9.3.6. Changing payment methods and shipping methods all have the same results. Was there any database changes to customer fields or the order details? Any point in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
