Upgrading from 1.9.2.1 to 1.9.2.3 - Problem

Hi Yesterday I updated from Version 1.9.2.1 to 1.9.2.3. Since then I can't view any site except the Downloader. I got two errors while updating.

Do I just have to delete some Cache Folders?
