Hello,
I am currently running magento 1.9.2.0 I wanted to find out if there is an upgrade patch that can be run or do you have to replace all the files in order to upgrade to 1.9.2.2. Thank you

Re: Upgrading from Magento 1.9.2 to 1.9.2.2
Your best bet to start with is to read through Magento documentation on Upgrading
http://devdocs.magento.com/guides/m1x/install/installing_upgrade_details.html
I would be very careful and you should test 1.9.2.2 before you upgrade. There are many changes that will affect your blocks and variables on your website.

Can you be more specific on what or how the blocks and variables will be affected? Isn't that what minor release upgrades are for?

@Brent W Peterson, I found this list of extensions which do not work on 1.9.2.2. Is this what you are referring to?

Re: Upgrading from Magento 1.9.2 to 1.9.2.2
Many devs say that upgrading via Magento Connect is the most simple solution. I found some automated migration extension that helps to be sure all process is run succesfully. You can try Magento upgrade extension as a new choice.
