I have magento installed 1.7 and a working website. I wan to upgrade its version now. What will be the best way to do it? i have extensions installed in it also. Can i upgrade it through magento connect?
I would be very careful when going into this upgrade. Especially to 1.9.2.2
Consider a dev environment so you don't kill you live site incase something does not work. (At many thing will not work)
This will allow you to find issue that involve impativility and items that then to be updated especially for the 1.9.2.2 release.
