connect update 1.9.1.0 to 1.9.2.0 /Router folder issue

I was getting 

CONNECT ERROR: Failed to create directory:
www.../shop/./app/code/core/Mage/Install/Controller/Router

and after that the shop admin and shop were not reachable.

What I had to do was delete folder 

shop/./app/code/core/Mage/Install/Controller/Router

and load the connect manager again. Start installation. After that the shop came back up with 1.9.2.0

Maybe this helps other folks.
