upgrading to 1.9.3 where is the installer

we want to upgrade from CE 1.9.0.2 to CE 1.9.3

the installer is not on this page any more only 2+ versions are showing

can you tell me where to find the 1.9.3 installer?

Just click on Release Archive tab. Here are listed all the version of Magento including 1.9.3

I found only this "ver 1.9.1.0  - Added Nov 24, 2014"

it is under the heading 'Downloader - 1.x' and the comment

'The downloader will install the latest available Magento 1.x version.'

hopefully this will take me to version 1.9.3

I'm doing a manual install ( not using Magento connect) will this still get me to 1.9.3 do you think?

Kindly look for ver 1.9.3.2 - Added Feb 7, 2017  it is under  ver 1.9.x heading first one.
