Adding 10% of product cost as the cost for shipping

i have bunch of products and i am interested to add 5-10 percent to the shipping cost. Is this possible via magento 2.00 dashboard via shipping, or I have to add lines of code or something? The idea is to charge fort he product price and 10 percent of that product value as shipping cost.

There is not any direct way in native magento to apply shipping based on product price. 

You can use following extension:
flexi-shipping-fees-for-magento-2.html

You can use Shipping per Product extension. Here are some extension available in marketplace free and paid.

I increase the shipping cost by using a soluction instead of coding. The soluction is called StorePep using this soluction you can adjust the shipping price on top of your shipping rate. You can see the below image on how you can adjust the shipping cost:
