My magento store was created by 3rd party company, and then they didn't set up our email address for our account, now our account is locked some reason, we could not login in, how could we do?

Do you mean you are not able to login to admin?

If you have access to code on the server you can create a new admin user with your email id.

If you don't have a working password for your Magento admin and don't have the option to reset the password via traditional means, you may need to address this directly via your Magento database. 

What version of Magento are you using?
