Admin UI product broken or is this a new design?

Previously I was using Magento 2.0 and when editing a product the content, configurations, product reviews etc were displaying on the left as black tabs and not below the product description.

I just found a demo of 2.0.7 and here is how the product looks like there:

I don't understand - is this the way it is supposed to look now or is there a way to move them back on the left?

@compojoom, Its new design, Its not broken your adminpanel. Aftre 2.0.7 all of the latest version with new design comes for product page admin.

I was hoping for this to be a bug...

Doesn't make sense to have a 27' monitor and have to scroll down when the information can be perfectly fit on the screen
