Already used port 8080 for server control panel conflict with Elasticsearch 8080 use?

I have a server Ubuntu 20.04 with ISPConfig control panel. 

Control panel use port 8080.

When I "Configure Apache and Elasticsearch"

..and then restart Apache2.4 - Apache will not start up again.

Is there any port 8080 conflict here..?

When Elasticsearch does not work - can I deactivate Elasticsearch ?
