Need to have the SEO Toolkit Bar displayed on front view of store but using the ip address that only i would be able to view the SEO Toolkit Bar

Hello @gloria_ lozinsk 

You can whitelist your IP in admin :

Stores > Amasty Extensions > SEO Toolkit 

You can check your IP by entering "What is my IP" on google.
