Can't create sample shimpent

Hi to everyone. I'm testing my store on Magento 2.1 and am having trouble to process the customer order. The workflow was:

1) As customer place the order and do express checkout on paypal sandbox successfully.

2) As admin open the order and make/submit the invoice

Now the order is in status "Payment Review" and I am not able to complete the order, I guess I should be able to do the shipment now, but I see no button to do that. I guess I'm missing something big here, please suggest. Attached is the page on test order. Much thanks.

I've made another sample order as test buyer on the frontend (paid with express checkout sandbox paypal) and then made the invoice in the backend as admin. I compared my order with the order in the tutorial I found on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_IVIjPVk9c

here I can see I'm missing the "Ship" button and don't know why. Ok, in the tutorial the guy has also "Delete Order", but he says this is their customization. However the "Ship" button is there by default and I don't have it. Do you have any ideas what I've done wrong or setup wrong? For some odd reason, I can't see the images. Screenshot attached. 

In the meantime, whilst we are waiting for the images to load, you should check the following: 

1. Did the product you create can be shipped? 
2. Can you check that it is not a virtual or downloadable product? 
3. Does the product has weight? 
4. Check the paypal payment settings, can you check that the payment capture is set to "Sale" instead of "Authorize"? (Although this doesn't make a difference but it's worth running a test)
5. Finally, check the system logs. 

In my  opinion, the first three options are likely to be the cause but I'll reserve my final comments until I've seen the images.

Thanks Shoaib, you did point out the right things, my item didn't have weight, I created a new one with weight and I can complete the order (invoice and ship). However there are some weired bugs poping up, from time to time I get message "Something went wrong", but I can go back, reopen the order and can complete my action. So yes, case solved, thanks

About the pictures in the forum, I noticed, that you can't see if your are not logged in, so maybe this was the reason you couldn't see them. Maybe admins of the the forum should check that. Thanks again.

I am glad I could help. 

Regarding the second error, it's best to check the system logs as it's a very generic error.
