Catalo rules change discount % after add to cart

Hello,

we set 2 groups:

1. 10% discount
2. 20% discount

if i logged in 2° group. Products are discounted to 20% but if i try to add to cart in cart become 10%, then when i back to product become 10%.

Someone could help me ? Tnx
