We have installed a fresh install of Magento 2, when we log in we go to Admin > Stores > Configuration > General > Design, we dont see the dropdown menu to change the theme. The design tab just shows Search Engine Robots options.
We have tried to run deploy on the directory which is creating the magento blank and luma static files, but there is still no dropdown.
Any ideas?
