Checkout without payment

Hi All

Is there any way to configure magento to allow checkout with out a payment.  We use net 15 terms with billing done outside of Magento.  Its a b2b site.  The closest we have configured is the use of PO payment but this requires the user to input a PO number.  We don't use PO so this is not needed or wanted.   Hope this makes sense

In that case best is to either use bank transfer option - where you can put payment instructions, check/money order or Cash on Delivery payment. Screenshot below. 

If you need anything else then you'd need a bespoke solution.

Those wont work because they are not correct to the transaction of payment on terms.  They would also be very confusing to the user.
